At United Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your RMA slip inside the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
